- Sports physiotherapy for pathologies related to tennis, golf, combat sports, team sports, water sports, swimming, apnea: support for professional or amateur athletes, treatment of tendonitis and muscle tears, return to sport and re-athletics.
- Postural coaching for age-related problems: learning muscle strengthening exercises, stretching, relaxation, coordination and balance work.
- Accompaniment of the future mother and treatment of pathologies linked to pregnancy (lumbago, neck pain, heavy legs) and childbirth.
- Intervening in thalassotherapy and spa, creator of treatment protocols for the Loréal group, I am also specialized in well-being, slimming and anti-aging massages.
At each session you will be supported in a global and personalized way by techniques of osteopathy, physiotherapy and therapeutic massage and well-being.
Ostéopathy, physiotherapy and massages provided at your home in Arcachon, La Teste or Gujan everyday from 5.30pm to 8.30pm: 70€ / 45mn
